1. Synchronize between HP and Computer
2. Open RSD General CDMA wait for it to connect, an indication of phones connected to RSD General, there is information MEID, P-ESN, Technology, Software, Flex, PRL / ERI Version, Carrier name {is usually no (N / A)}
3. Then go to Phone Provisioning, check list CDMA NAM, PRL, ERI, EVDO, Mobile IP, RTT Data. Click read phone wait until it says "Provisioning has successfully read from the phone"
4. Click one by one article in settings such as CDMA NAM, PRL, ERI, EVDO, Mobile IP, RTT Data. Then click the save file
5. Completed, if there are problems in staying open later and Read RSD General Phone>>> open file>>> Files that already backed up>>> write Phone (until someone writing write succesfull)
